Eat Fit | Unrefined King Cake
The Rundown: Gluten Free, Grain Free, Low Carb, Zero Sugar, Keto, Dairy Free, All Natural AND Eat Fit
Centered on an all-natural clean ingredient label, the Eat Fit King Cake is made with almond flour and coconut flour. It’s sweetened with Swerve, a natural, plant-based sweetener based here in New Orleans, with no artificial sweeteners or colors.
But here’s the thing: If you didn’t know it was so nutritious, you would have no idea - the feedback from our tasting panels has been overwhelmingly positive. Because we used almond and coconut flour, the appearance and texture is like a regular white king cake – not grainy, like a whole wheat version. And it’s also incredibly moist, almost like pound cake meets king cake. This king cake is a 6" size, with 8 servings per cake.
Ingredients: Cage-free eggs, non-GMO almond flour, Swerve® (erythritol, oligosaccharides, natural flavor), coconut oil, coconut milk (water, coconut, organic coconut cream, organic guar gum, tricalcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, xanthan gum, selenium, vitamin A acetate, vitamin D2, zinc oxide, vitamin B12), non-GMO coconut flour, cinnamon, Unrefined™ baking powder (potassium bitartrate, sodium bicarbonate, organic tapioca flour), sea salt, xanthan gum, natural flavor, fruit and/or vegetable juice (color), spirulina extract (color)
