For GENERAL questions, send us an email to info@unrefinedbakery.com.  Our shipping team works Mon-Thurs, so any inquiries will be handled on the next working day.

Refund Statement:

We offer an organic high-quality product, free of preservatives and we ship our products with dry-ice in a dry-ice shipper.  If a product is damaged and/or arrives late due to shipment mishandling, please send detailed photos of shipping box/contents/damaged product with your order number to info@unrefinedbakery.com and we will help reach resolution with the shipping company, as well as reissue your shipment.  We are unable to assist with damaged shipments if proof of damage isn't supplied with various photos (as we need these to take to the shipping company).  

We do not offer refunds for products unless the product itself arrives damaged.   

Locally, we sample most of our products in stores, so if you're able, please stop by and check us out!
