Storing and Reheating Instructions

Yeast Breads/Rolls/Cinnamon Sweet Rolls /Corn Breads: Freeze. Thaw on counter or in microwave until room temperature. Reheat, covered, in a 400⁰ oven for around 15-25 minutes until thoroughly heated. Another option is to microwave an individual roll for 45 seconds - then pop it in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes to get that fresh baked crust!

Sandwich Bread: If Frozen, keep frozen. If you only plan to toast it, then you can hold it in the refrigerator. To use, pull out amount desired and microwave or warm in oven until room temperature.

Sweet Breads/Muffins: Freeze or Refrigerate. They hold in the fridge a couple weeks when well wrapped, but freeze for up to one year. Thaw and reheat as desired. Oven, toaster, and microwave are all great! Reheating times depend on the thickness, and just how warm you like your muffins and breads!

Fudge Brownies: Freeze or Refrigerate. We prefer them warm, and the easiest way is straight from the freezer to the microwave. Approximately 15-25 seconds, depending on your microwave.

Cakes: Freeze or hold on counter (at room temp up to 3 days).

Cookie Dough: Keep frozen. Let thaw. Place on ungreased sheet or parchment paper and bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes. Let them cool on the cookie sheet, and remember, they tend not to brown so don’t overcook! (If oil separates, simply stir it back in)
